Return & Refund Policy

At Absol Wholesale, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we focus on fast and accurate order fulfillment, we understand that returns may occasionally be required.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty or personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

  1. Email support@absolwholesale.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

  3. Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 72 hours

  • Include photos of the product and packaging
    We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. A refund will be issued, and a new order can be placed.
